On-line bookings are held for 7 working days until receipt of deposit (£200/$330 per week). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance plus a security deposit of £200/$330 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - April) is an optional additional cost. Gas BBQ rental is $60 per week. Bookings of 5 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge. We accept PayPal credit payments, these carry a 4% surcharge. On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with the deposit required and the payment options. We accept both UK and US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account in Florida or the UK.
