The prices are inclusive of florida state tax at 12%. Pool and jacuzzi heat is optional and must be requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$100. A security deposit of £200/$350 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. The rates shown below are guaranteed in pounds sterling, the dollar rate may change with market fluctuations. The rate we are using at the moment is £1=$1.75. We accept PayPal payments with a credit card. These are subject to 4% surcharge.
